You can help ensure that Burlingtonians never again have to live without a local movie theater.

In no particular order, Partizanfilm believes in the value of film, of communal experiences, of vibrant urban centers, and of democratic business structures. We encourage everyone who wants to support us to become a member (and, if they have time, to participate in our member-work program). We also gratefully accept donations.

At-home streaming services have put moviegoing at risk, and philanthropy has taken on a key role in keeping theaters alive. Across the country, art-house cinemas have reincorporated as nonprofits. Similarly, Partizanfilm has earned 501(c)(3) status. Donations are tax-deductible under Internal Revenue Code Section 170 (membership fees are not).
